Move Better. Recover Well. Stay Active.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with ongoing pain, returning to sport, or simply want to move with more confidence, our physiotherapists are here to help.
At Pursue Health, we believe physiotherapy is about more than treating symptoms. We take the time to understand what’s really contributing to your pain or movement limitation, so we can develop a clear plan that helps you recover, rebuild and keep doing the things that matter to you.
Our goal isn’t just to help you feel better today—it’s to help you stay active for the long term.
Your Assessment
Every recovery starts with understanding the problem.
During your first appointment we’ll:
- Take the time to understand your injury, lifestyle and goals
- Complete a thorough assessment to identify what’s contributing to your symptoms
- Explain your diagnosis in clear, easy-to-understand language
- Develop a treatment and rehabilitation plan tailored to your goals
- Help you understand exactly what the next steps look like
Our goal is to help you recover well, move confidently, and keep pursuing the activities that matter most to you.

- Hands-on treatment
- Exercise rehabilitation
- Strength and movement retraining
- Education and self-management strategies
- Advice around training loads, work or daily activities
- Referral to other health professionals when appropriate
Our physiotherapists work closely with our podiatrists and exercise team, allowing us to provide integrated care when it’s needed.
