21 days. Unlimited classes. Just $21.

You’ve probably told yourself you’ll get on top of your strength, core, or posture “when life settles down.” The problem? Life never does. And every week you put it off, the niggles creep back in.

Here’s the thing: fixing this doesn’t take a year-long commitment or an expensive membership. It takes a clear plan, the right guidance, and a chance to actually feel the difference.
That’s exactly why we built 21 for 21.

For $21, you’ll unlock:

1. 21 days of unlimited group Pilates starting from your first class
2. Four class styles blending mat, reformer, and wunda chair equipment
3. A foundational program that locks in core strength, stability, and better posture
4. Small, circuit-style sessions guided by expert physios

Who it’s for

1. Beginners who want to learn the right way without getting lost in a crowded class
2. Active adults wanting to fix those recurring niggles before they turn into injuries
3. Anyone keen to move better, feel stronger, and finally make Pilates stick

This isn’t generic gym Pilates. It’s structured, evidence-based, run by our Physiotherapists and designed to teach you technique you’ll actually carry into sport, training, and daily life.

FAQs: 21 for 21 Pilates Experience

1. Do I need Pilates experience to join?
Not at all. In fact, this program is built for beginners. You’ll be guided through each class by physios who know how to teach technique properly, so you build strength and confidence without feeling lost.

2. What if I’ve done Pilates before?
Perfect. You’ll pick up refinements that make a big difference to how you move. These classes aren’t “follow the crowd and hope for the best.” They’re structured, evidence-based, and designed to push you just enough.

3. How does the 21 days work?
Your pass starts the day you take your first class. From there, you’ve got 21 days to attend as many sessions as you like.

4. What makes this different from regular gym Pilates?
Think smaller groups, more equipment variety (reformer, mat, and wunda chair), and instructors who are actual physios. That means we don’t just run you through exercises — we correct, progress, and adapt everything to your body.

5. What if I have an injury or ongoing niggle?
This is exactly where our approach shines. Because classes are run by physiotherapists, we can adjust exercises around your body. Many people use the 21 for 21 as the bridge between injury and getting back to full training.

6. What if I can’t make all the classes?
That’s fine. Most people come 2–3 times per week and feel a big difference by the end of their 21 days. Even a couple of classes per week will build strength, improve posture, and reset your movement habits.

7. Do I have to sign up for a membership after?
Nope. There’s zero obligation. If you’re loving it (most do), you can roll into a weekly membership that suits your schedule. If not, you still walk away with stronger foundations.

8. How many people are in a class?
Sessions are capped small so you’re not fighting for space or attention. Think of it as personal coaching in a group setting.

9. What if I’ve never used reformer or wunda chair before?
That’s the whole point of starting here. We’ll show you how to use the equipment properly so it feels safe, effective, and not overwhelming.

10. Why is it only $21?
Simple. We want you to experience the difference for yourself. It’s not a discount gimmick — it’s a trial run that lets you feel what proper Pilates with physio guidance is like before committing.
