What: a 60-minute physiotherapist led exercise class designed to reduced risk of ACL injury
Who: open to all netballers who have played or trialled for Southern Saints
When: Tuesdays 5-6pm, run as a six-week program
Where: Pursue Health Highett, 1102-1104 Nepean Hwy Highett, 3190
Cost: $20 per person per class.
